On 15 October 2025, SEAMEO CECCEP hosted the Annual Early Childhood Care Education and Parenting Regional Forum under the theme: “Strengthening Parenting for Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Development.” This forum served as a strategic platform for Southeast Asian countries to strengthen collaboration in enhancing the quality of Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD HI) and parenting services. It followed up on the ASEAN Leaders’ Declaration on Early Childhood Care and Education adopted in September 2023, which called for cross-sectoral collaboration to realize inclusive, integrated, and high-quality PAUD.
