Through a series of modules consisting of pocket books and facilitator guidebooks, this program provides comprehensive guidance on creating an environment that supports children's growth and development based on the principles of participatory and positive communication between teachers and parents.
OHN training aims to build teachers’ understanding of ECCE complexity within the framework of child rights. Teachers are expected to be more reflective, avoiding simple measurement and less comparing of children’s development and needs. Teachers should raise their awareness of social issues, especially about universal care that is crucial for the sharing responsibility of ECCE to all stakeholders of ECCE.
