SEAMEO CECCEP delegates present their research at the CPRN Meeting in Brunei Darussalam

From April 22nd to 24th, three representatives from the SEAMEO Center for Early Childhood Care Education and Parenting (CECCEP) participated in the Centre Policy Network Summit (CPRN) held in Brunei Darussalam.

Excited to recount their experiences, the SEAMEO CECCEP team expressed their enthusiasm for their involvement in the summit organized by SEAMEO VOCTECH. Mr. Iwan Aries Setyawan, Mr. Irfan Ansori, and Ms. Sitti Huzaimah showcased the cutting-edge research conducted by SEAMEO CECCEP in early childhood education and parenting.

The summit brought together researchers from across Southeast Asia under the theme 'Embracing Inclusivity in Education, Science, and Culture Towards a Future-Ready Southeast Asia'. Mr. Iwan Aries Setyawan captured the audience's attention with his presentation on Policy Briefs in Universal Child Care, providing insights into pivotal policies shaping the educational landscape. Meanwhile, Mr. Irfan Ansori and Ms. Sitti Huzaimah highlighted SEAMEO CECCEP's innovative Parenting Programs in Stunting Prevention, underlining the significance of empowering parents in nurturing the next generation.

Reflecting on their participation, the SEAMEO CECCEP team emphasized how such moments inspire them to continuously push boundaries and promote inclusive education and parenting practices.
