Prof. Vina Adriany congratulated
PROSPERA, Investing in Women, and IBCWE on the launch of the childcare
guidelines, which was a special gift in celebration of International Women's
Day. During her discussion, she emphasized that raising a child required contributions
from various parties. The statement "it took a village to raise a
child" underlined that this responsibility was not solely on parents but
also involved support from the surrounding community. She added that
"parenting is a shared responsibility," indicating the importance of
changing the paradigm that parenting is not solely an individual or maternal
task but a collective responsibility. Therefore, the participation of the
entire community, including companies, is crucial to ensure the optimal
development of children.
