The teachers are a learner who will always try to increase their capacity so that their abilities are increasingly honed and continue to grow. The standards of teacher ability a decade ago were certainly different from today's standards. The quality of educators is very important to improving the quality of learning because teachers play an important role in ensuring that children receive the right stimulation and support to help children develop skills and prepare to enroll in school.

SEAMEO CECCEP with International Women University, CIMB NIAGA, Lady Ambasador, and the West Java Education Office conducted training for ECCE teachers located in the Center for Education Quality Assurance, West Java from 20-24 February 2023 which Conducted in a blended mode. Participants received a lot of material about creating quality ECCE, learning planning in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum, and holistic integrative Child Education Development.

The way to create the quality of ECE is by ECD-HI (Integrative Holistic) as written in presidential regulation No. 60 of 2013 which states holistic integrative early childhood development (HI-ECD) is an early childhood development effort carried out to meet the essential needs of diverse and interrelated children simultaneously, systematically, and integrated. The general goal of this program is the implementation of HI-ECD services towards the realization of Indonesian children who are healthy, intelligent, cheerful, and have noble characters.

On the other hand, participants also received material regarding parenting from Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan. She stated that parenting requires cooperation between father and mother. However, the fact is that it is found that parenting is handed over to the mother even in an intact family. In fact, the quality of interaction and communication between father and mother can have an impact on the quality of parenting. Parents provide a lot of investment and ongoing commitment during the child's growth and development to provide responsible and quality care.

The participants who came from Banten, Lampung, and South Sumatra seemed enthusiastic about participating in the training provided. This is evidenced by the active participation of the participants in discussing and practicing matters related to parenting which are influenced by cultural factors and the geographical location of each region. In the end, the participants received a teaching aid in the form of a smartphone for the smooth running of the teacher's work.
